Social

Socialising is hard for me, but that doesn't keep me from trying. For an autistic person, I have quite an active social life.

I try to do different things to keep myself busy, although I do get quite obsessive when I'm into a project. I try to spend my time doing productive things rather than just sitting around. My main productive activities lately, aside from the family have been website design and education. I also enjoy leisure activities such as holidays with my family and socialising on the internet and with friends in real life.

I'm not traveling anywhere, but hopefully my friend will be coming to see me.

Overall, our camping holiday was a great success. We were away for 8 days, half of which it rained (sometimes very heavy), but the weather greatly improved for the second half. I walked farther than I've ever walked before and even Antonia managed a couple of miles.

We are all planning on going camping in the lake district (scenic part of northern England) in a couple weeks. The site we're probably going to is called Low Wray which is on Lake Windermere run by The National Trust, which is a charity that protects natural areas in Britain. Camping in England is very different from Canada. We have a really big tent, so we should be reasonably comfortable.
