Me

I was born and raised in Canada, but moved to England 3 years ago to be with Ian. Ian and I are autistic; the kids aren't.

I don't have paid employment, but I keep myself busy with taking care of my family, managing myself and my life, and some leisure and productive activities.

My Birthday, July 21

Well, my birthday was kind of a non-event, but I went out for a nice walk with Ian the following day and the barbecue went over very well, as it did last year. We had a total of 8 adults and about as many children, too much food, and weather that just held out long enough for the main course. Gifts of note were the book Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which I read during the camping trip, and a keychain which says "I'm not Weird, I'm Gifted".

My birthday is next week and I'm planning a barbecue to celebrate along with my friend who has the same birthday. We're going to have to put it off a couple days because the kids are still in school here.
